Hello, I’m Laëtitia Lancellotta, founder of L2 Consulting - a freelance practice specializing in market entry, branding, and marketing strategy for small & medium-size brands expanding into French-speaking markets.

With over a decade of international experience across North America and Europe, I help businesses localize and grow in new markets. Drawing on expertise in translation, localization, CRM, and consulting, I’ve guided major brands in launching loyalty programs, products, and multichannel campaigns that resonate locally and perform globally.

How I got started

I grew up in the south of France, but my path quickly turned international: High school in Texas, university in Montréal, and a career that’s since spanned North America and Europe.

I started out in the performing arts and urban planning sectors, leading branding and communications projects in Philadelphia and Toronto. But I found my real spark at the crossroads of what I love most, languages, culture, marketing, and data, helping brands connect meaningfully across languages and markets.

That passion led me into CRM, localization, and market entry strategy — first as a consultant for Canadian retailers, then full-time with agencies in Paris, Greece, and Belgium, guiding international brands through product launches, loyalty programs, and localized campaigns.

Today, I draw on over a decade of global experience to help companies expand confidently into new markets, especially where cultural nuance and linguistic precision make all the difference.

After 10 years in North America, I’m now based in Europe, continuing to bridge cultures and drive international growth for brands ready to go global.

Experience highlights

  • 2021-2025

    • Adapted and localized the company's omnichannel marketing strategy to the Quebec market (website, social media, emails, marketing visuals, media, SEO, product descriptions, etc.).

    • Designed an influencer strategy to increase the credibility of the brand in Québec

    • Optimized translation processes (batch assignments, glossaries, quality, etc.)

  • 2022-2024

    • Technical enabler of loyalty programs across all channels: Website, media, CRM, sampling campaigns, in-store activations, etc.

    • Managed the rollout and localization of loyalty programs across three countries: deployment roadmap, transcreation and translation workflows, collection of user feedback, implementation of brand guidelines, quality assurance, and more.

  • 2020-2021

    • Translated and transcreated marketing assets to support the Walmart's omnichannel strategy in French

    • Created launch plans for several product lines and campaigns

    • Optimized translation processes (batch assignments, glossaries, quality, etc.)

  • 2024

    • Leveraged Salesforce Marketing Cloud to operationalize marketing campaigns and advised on CRM strategy development and adaptation for the French market (automation and tactical)

  • 2025

    • Deployment of imagino CDP & implementation of 7 associated use cases

    • Built and managed a knowledge management and localization system to capture the founders’ expertise, establish consistent terminology, and support multilingual content workflows.
