Hello, I’m Laëtitia, founder of L2 Consulting — a freelance practice specializing in market entry, branding, and marketing strategy for B2C companies expanding into French-speaking markets.
With over a decade of international experience across North America and Europe, and expertise in translation, localization, CRM, and consulting, I’ve guided major retailers in launching localized loyalty programs, products, and multichannel campaigns. From strategy to execution, I deliver tailored approaches that drive successful launches and lasting growth.
How I got started
I grew up in the south of France, but my journey quickly became an international one: high school in Texas, university in Montréal, and eventually work across North America and Europe.
I first dove into the performing arts and urban planning sectors, running branding & communications projects in Philadelphia and Toronto. But my real spark came when I realized I could blend what I love most — languages, culture, marketing, and data — to help brands connect across languages and cultures.
That’s when I pivoted into CRM & Market entry, first as a side gig with Canadian retailers, then full-time through agencies in Paris, Greece, and Belgium.
Today, my varied path is my superpower. It’s given me a global lens, a love for nuance, and the tools to help brands expand into new markets with confidence.
After 10 years in North America, I’m now based in Europe, continuing to help brands connect across cultures. You might be next!
